Jodie Foster breaks up with Cydney to be with Cindy

Cindy Mort is the woman that caused the break-up between Jodie Foster and long-time partner Cydney Bernard, according to the National Enquirer on Tuesday.

According to the Hollywood gossip magazine, Foster had an affair with Cynthia Mort, a producer and screenwriter, whom Jodie met on the set of The Brave One two years ago.

The affair between Foster and Mort continued since then and eventually caused the rift in Foster's relationship with Bernard.

"Although she and Cydney remain under the same roof at the moment, the relationship has been shattered," a source told the Enquirer. "They'll continue to raise the boys together and try to keep a loving family unit despite their breakup. The love is gone."
