Joe Francis Punches Jayde Nicole Tasers Brody Jenner at Nightclub

Apparently the video of the incident shows a different story to what Jayde Nicole claims happened:

shot at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood earlier this month -- shows Jayde throwing a drink at Francis and then Joe grabbing her hair. You see Jayde fall to the ground but Francis never lays another hand on her. The video shows that she was trampled in the ensuing crush.

Joe Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild, got into a fight with some Hills stars last night at Guys and Dolls Nightclub in Los Angeles, and according to Brody Jenner, it all started when Francis punches his Playboy girlfriend Jadye Nicole in the face, then later, possibly tasers Jenner himself.

Brody Jenner and Jadye Nicole were at the nightclub celebrating Jadye's 26th birthday, when she saw Francis harrassing a friend of hers and not leaving her alone. Nicole then threw a drink on Francis, who allegedly then threw Jadye Nicole on the ground, pulled her hair, kicked her in the chest and ribs and punched her in the face.

Brody Jenner came to his girlfriend's defense and started yelling at Francis, who was being restrained by security, but after when both parties were kicked out of the club, Jenner says he punched Francis in the face, and then 'someone' tasered him, but he can't be sure it was Francis at this time.

The police were called, but no arrests have been made. Jadye Nicole says she plans to press charges against Francis.

According to a report from RadarOnline.com, the Los Angeles County Sheriff was looking for Francis Friday morning.

Francis is scheduled to stand trial in October for tax evasion charges, which could land him up to ten years in prison.
