Troubled reality TV couple Jon and Kate spent their 10th anniversary apart on Friday, June 12, 2009, further fueling speculation that a divorce is on the way. The stars of TLC reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 should have been celebrating a milestone 10th wedding anniversary together, instead they spend that anniversary apart.

Known as "that aluminum anniversary" the 10th wedding anniversary is considered to be the second milestone marker in a marriage (the 1st anniversary being the first). There were no traditional aluminum themed wedding anniversary gifts for Jon and Kate this year; will there even be a marriage next year?

The couple marked their 10th wedding anniversary on Friday, but Jon, almost predictably, was MIA at the Gosselins' Wernersville, Pa., home. Kate was photographed setting up a moon-bounce castle for her eight children in the yard as the Jon & Kate Plus 8 crew filmed mother and children.

Jon was not spotted at all, Us Weekly reports. His whereabouts remain unknown.

Jon's absence may not be that surprising. Jon and Kate, who've admitted to struggling with their marriage, spent Kate's birthday and Memorial Day weekend apart as well.
