Justice for Mary Neal Petition to Combat Terrorism & Censorship

Another of my articles was stuck behind the edit screen (Iron Curtain) at NowPublic today.  I assume from the ongoing censorship that parties to my censorship and terrorism still hope for some way other than judicious disclosre and due process of law to resolve the issues regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal.  The fact that the USDOJ did not respond timely with responsive records requested in our Freedom of Information Act Request further fuels the belief that the injustice is intended to continue indefinitely.  Therefore, in addition to The Cochran Firm Fraud Videos 1 and 2 on YouTube, we are adding petitions to our justice quest.  Justice for Mary Neal Petition No. 1 is below.  Because I have much evidence of cyberstalking at Care2, where the petition is posted and Care2 recently was attacked by a DOS problem and cyberstalking against the PetitionSite there, I will re-post the pettition to every petition site that I know about anywhere on the Internet throughout the week.  Everyone is invited to help by posting same.  The data that was in the last article hidden at NowPublic is at this link:

I just put three videos to this article.  I WANT ALL THREE OF MY VIDEOS TO SHOW OR I WILL BEGIN HERE DEMANDING MY FREE PRESS RIGHTS. My articles at NowPublic are frequently stuck out of public view.  One article that had been read by 4,000 people was deleted - COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD CONTINUES UNCHECKED BY THE COURTS.  My comments are deleted from articles.  Pictures are deleted from articles I post at NowPublic.  My input is often impeded.  I have films of much of the interference as it happens.  I just uploaded three videos to this article.  The Cochran Firm Atlanta office video was NOT ALLOWED TO POST.  I HAVE PROOF THAT I POSTED IT.

It was when I pulled video 1 above from the "footage" screen to the face of my document that my article "Cochran  Firm Fraud Continues Unchecked by the Courts" disappeared.  The Cochran Firm was allowed to present in court that it had no Atlanta office in order to dismiss our first lawsuit after we discovered the law firm was working with Shelby County Jail to hide Larry Neal's death.  Cyberstalkers do not want it to appear on this or any of my articles to attest to that perjury.

The Guantanamo-style secret incarceration and death of lifelong mental patient, Larry Neal was never reported in mainstream media.  He was arrested mid-July 200 3 and kept incarcerated in Memphis Shelby County Jail until he died without his heart meds on August 1, 2003If more was done to kill Larry than depravation of his prescription heart medication, his family does not know.  That is because repeated requests for judicial release of records and accountability regarding Larry have been denied or ignored for nearly six years, including Shelby Co. Mary Neal writes about this injustice and the incarceration of 1.25 million persons who are mental patients in the U.S. She advocates against the death penalty, excessive sentencing, wrongful conviction, racism, the loss of civil rights by Americans, and against passage of Congressional Bill H.R. 645, which proposes to establish six emergency centers (concentration camps) in America.  Her articles are mostly at http://NowPublic.com/duo

She writes about THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD, and being followed and accosted at her neighborhood stores before she and her 86-yr-old mother started staying home for safety, since police 911 emergency services are denied them when followed and waylaid at businesses in their neighborhood. 

(The tab for "video" was deactivated on the menu to add media to this petition.  An affidavit by an observer will be submitted when needed.  Mary Neal has no capacity to add videos on Care2 at all, no "reply all" button to her email account in order to minimize her communication capabilities.  She is also deprived of many other services that members have at Care2 and other online sites.)

None of these events were reported in mainstream news, and Mary Neal' believes her censorship is intended to prevent her online reports.  Some of the parties who Larry Neal's family went to for help with accountability for his secret arrest and death are in this link:

Mary Neal alleges that her online submissions are regularly attacked by cyberstalkers, deleted from the Internet, pictures for her articles removed, comments removed, and more.  She reports that her emails are also attacked, alleging that they are monitored and deleted at will, before or after she read them. 

Yahoo announced that it bounced over 2,000 emails intended for Mary Neal within two months (since mid-April), when she announced plans to organize a march to support prison reform as proposed by Sen. Jim Webb (VA-D), who introduced The National Criminal Justice Act of 2009 calling for a national commission to "undertake a top-to-bottom review of our entire criminal justice system."

Mary Neal's public announcement of the march was greatly impeded by tampering against her Yahoo email account, causing Yahoo to shut down her email account daily for security purposes.  The announcement for the march is at the following link:

When Mary Neal sends emails, they are often not allowed to reach the addressees, or parts of them are deleted before they arrive at the addressee's mailboxes, sometimes days later.  This happened to email notices she sent using Care2 email to notify friends about the article at the link below:

All notices and requests by Mary Neal to the police, FBI, USDOJ, and the Courts for relief from the cyberterrorism, censorship, and in-person stalking have been met with no responsive action whatsoever, just as her family's Request for records from the USDOJ under the Freedom of Information Act has also not been met with the release of records, despite promises from the USDOJ that response would be had before the end of June 2009.

When Mary Neal writes articles, huge spaces appear on the public view, but the html view shows hundreds of "queries" that she has been given no explanation about.  She assumes they are agents of those who censor her work.  An example can be seen in this blog in her Care2 Sharebook:  http://www.care2.com/c2c/share/detail/1190704

Mary Neal believes that  that Larry Neal's death while under secret incarceration should be met with due process of law, and that she should be allowed to write about it as well as other justice matters.  As a U.S. citizen, she has the right to free speech and freedom of press, and attacks against her free exercise of those rights are illegal, particularly in-person stalking.

THE UNDERSIGNED request that America's justice system grant Larry Neal's family due process of law, protection from cyberstalking censorship, and endangerment.

Mary Neal's freedom of speech and freedom of press rights are curtailed by illegal suppression designed to cover-up injustices such as the secret incarceration and death of Larry Neal and his family's denial of due process of law.

Please consider this request that the United States Department of Justice investigate Larry Neal's death while under secret arrest in Shelby County Jail and guarantee his family members' right to due process of law as well as their freedom from persecution, endangerment, and censorship which they experience to prevent their quest for information and accountability regarding his demise. 

Petitioners request no more than for the USDOJ to perform its responsibilities to protect the rights of a handicapped American, an institutionalized person who died under undisclosed circumstances in government custody.  

Help is requested for Mary Neal and other members of the Neal family to live free of terrorism, endangerment, and restrictions against their freedom of press and speech rights, as provided by U.S. Code 18, Section 242 and 245.  Protection of these rights are duties of the USDOJ as listed at the agency's website, beginning with "combat terrorism."

UPDATE - 7/11/09

I was just notified that MY PETITION AGAINST CENSORSHIP AND TERRORISM IS CENSORED.  Do yourselves a favor - if The Cochran Firm is your attorney, just take your losses and head home quietly.  The NWO is too much. 

Frankly, this is getting tiring.  They have the courts, the USDOJ, the police depts., I don't know what to say about the civil rights and civil liberties groups, except that they don't help my family.  So, maybe this happened 10 years later than a time when people's civil rights counted.  God loves justice, but He warned us how things would be when the Last Days arrived.  So I guess we are there.  We can just love our families and each other, pray for our enemies, and trust in God. 

A friend said she tried to sign my petition three time and could not.  So the petition may just be something for you to read and pass along.  Please try to sign, and if they prevent you, you will know more about life under Big Brother.  I have been "under" him for a few years now, and it is unpleasant.  Check back in two weeks and see if the cyberstalker moved your name.  They do that with our Dog Justice for Larry Neal Petition.  One man wrote on the petition and said so.  That is why I always advise to write down your number and check back.  But the way things are now - even if you have proof against "connected" people, so what?  They have the judges, too.  If any of you can do something to restore the semblance of Democracy, please do.  See her email below:

The truth is that even if you think you forwarded it to your friends, they may prevent it.  Tonight when I tried to email a friend, they removed one letter in the email address so it would not go through - not a typo - it came from my "contacts" folder.  After I got the daemon mail message and saw what they had done, I put the letter back - got another daemon mail message.  The "t" was gone again.  I suppose they set the computers on automatic to delete some letters so that almost none of our emails go anywhere if they have a "t" in the addressee's box.  Smart and wicked, right?  

I suppose all of you knew but me that civil rights were over - the Constitution and Bill of Rights are history.  When you get the courts, the police, and the DOJ, that is it for justice in the U.S.   Mr. Holder might be scared of them.  I am, too, but I used to think we had a justice system that watched your back.  WRONG.  So there is nothing to be done, I suppose.  

Next time justice is a priority, it will probably be when Jesus will be on his throne.  Wǎnān to you!  - That's "goodnight" in Chinese.
