The photos were taken on Thursday, September 9 in Venice, CA by some Canadian tourist who just happened to notice his country's most famous pop star in the midst of a make-out session with the luckiest teenage girl on the planet.

The two had been rumored to be dating ... but they insisted they were just "really cool friends."

Jasmine Villegas, 16, is a singer, dancer, and performing who has been the opening act for the current Justin Bieber concert tour. Villegas has several songs and music videos to her credit.

Apparently, the scene from the Baby Video with Justin Bieber kissing Jasmine Villages was cut from the final edit, well now fans can see grainy images of the real thing.
