Justin Bieber is about to celebrate his 16th birthday in Los Angeles and according to his birthday invitaion obtained by TMZ, he will be celebrating with activities such as basketball, sumo wrestling, painball, and even a workout gym.

However, if someone wants to attend this party (if invited of course), their parent must sign a waiver that states they understand that their minor's particpation in Justin Beiber's birthday may result in serious injury or death.
The waiver goes on to read:
"I certify that my minor is in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent participation in the activity. Furthermore, I agree to use my minor's personal medical insurance as a primary medical coverage payment if accident or injury occurs."
Justin has also made one thing abundantly clear -- alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited ... and if a kid is caught with any junk, he or she will be ejected from the party.

At a wedding once we and other guests were asked to sign a waiver because of the nature of the festivities, so the idea is not that far fetched also given the event may attract some individuals that may inadvertently injure themselves for financial gain.
