JWoww May Not be Posing for Playboy But She Has Revealed Her Diet and Workout Secrets in Time for the New Year
Jenni 'JWoww' Farley's diet secret is everything in moderation, as she still eats and drinks a lot (as we have seen on the Jersey Shore), but she says the secret is regular workouts.

She also takes the nutritional supplement Ab Cuts once or twice a day and she actually has her boyfriend as her trainer so that helps motivate her even more.
She also works out five days a week and does 30 minutes to an hour of cardio on machines such as the elliptical, treadmill or StairMaster.
"And then he puts me on the floor and we do free weights," she told Us. "He teaches me the right way to work out."
