Fans who watched the season premiere of Jersey Shore had one question in mind: what is going on with JWoww? During the August 4, 2011 season premiere of Jersey Shore Italy, JWoww looked noticeably thinner.

The JWoww weight loss issue was the talk of Twitter after the Jersey Shore Italy season premiere. Even Sam Simon, co-creator of the Simpsons, commented on the JWoww weight loss, noting: "The new Jwoww looks less like the old Jwoww than the new Darren looked like the old Darren."

By the way, that was a reference to the old sitcom Bewitched. Simon seemed to write that tweet for the narrow demographic of people who watch Jersey Shore and are old enough to remember a 60s sitcom.

At any rate, JWoww did appear thin during the Jersey Shore Italy season premiere, some would say too thin. On top of that, some, including US Magazine, suggest that JWoww may have had Botox injections or some other procedure to change her appearance. She also claims to have lost weight due to nutritional supplements.
