Kalash Yatra, Katha organised in Mussoorie

MUSSOORIE: 6 Sept: A ‘Kalash Yatra’  and ‘Bhagvad Katha’ was organised by the ‘Shrimad Maha Bhagvad Samiti’ in Mussoorie today. The Kalash Yatra began from the Radha Krishan Mandir and went to the ‘Sanatan Dharma Mandir’ at Landour Bazaar. Radhey Shyam Tayal, member of the committee, walked barefoot with the Shrimad Bhagvad on his head all the way.
The ‘Sanskrit Mahavidyala’, here, also participated in the Kalash Yatra by singing slokas of the Bhagvad on the journey. The Katha was performed by Vyas Umesh Chandra Nautiyal.
The Coordinators of the yatra were Kanchan Aggarwal, Jasbir Kaur, member cantonment board, Manju Singhal, Manju Bangwal, Amrawati Nautiyal, Neela Devi Rautela, Radhey Shyam Tayal, Ajay Uniyal, Bhopal Singh Chauhan and Suresh Bhat along with several devotees.participated in the yatra. The 18th Bhagwati Jagran was also held at Jain Dharmshala tonight organised by Durga Jagran Samiti, LandourBazaar, Mussoorie.
The jagran party was from Muzaafarngar. The bhandara will be held tomorrow afternoon.
