Kanye West Has Released His New Song Called Power

Kanye West has not released a new song for quite some time, but he is getting ready to release his latest album titled Good Ass Job and now the first single has been released called Power.

It is a collaboration with artist Dwele and you can listen to the track here. What do you think?

Kanye West Wants Other Musicians to Boycott Arizona

Kanye West has also joined other musicians in urging artists to boycott Arizona after the new Immigration Law SB 1070 was passed last month. He uses a comparison with the story of Rosa Parks and says that everyone has to fight back.

"When Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat, they arrested her. As a result, people got together and said, 'We are not going to ride the bus until they change the law.' It was this courageous action that sparked the Montgomery bus boycott.

"What if we got together, signed a collective letter saying, 'We're not going to ride the bus', saying 'We are not going to comply. We are not going to play in Arizona. We are going to boycott Arizona?!'"

Zack De La Rocha, the frontman of Rage Against the Machine started the campaign and now West has gotten on board along with Cypress Hill, Jack Black, Massive Attack, Juanes, and Michael Moore.

I'm tired of ignorant people calling for the punishment of Arizona's citizens, for something our legislature did.

Is it any different, than supporting sanctions on the people of Iran, for something their government may or may not be doing?

Reason is Man's greatest asset, it is the foundation of everything. I wish humanity would start using it again.
