Mitchell Beckloff has ruled today that Katherine Jackson will become a permanent guardian for the three of Michael Jackson’s children. In his will from 2002, Michael Jackson pointed to his mother as a potential guardian for his children. Meanwhile,
Deborah Rowe, the mother of Jackson’s two eldest children, will not get any custody, but will get visitation rights and spousal support payments.
Michael Jackson died unexpectedly on June 25. His passing led to lots of questions surrounding the circumstances of his death, his finances, and the custody of his children.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has appointed Katherine Jackson as the permanent guardian of Michael Jackson's three children in a hearing concerning the estate of the late singer.
The amount of Katherine Jackson's allowance, paid out of her son's estate, was not revealed. Rowe is to continue to receive alimony payments agreed to by Michael Jackson.

I guess this is for the best of the kids.
After we have seen then on tv, it's time for them to try avoiding any more publicity.
For there sake they should move on towards as normal and warm life as it possible.
