Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's Mother, Gets Custody of Kids
Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's mother, has been granted custody of Jackson's children and his ex-wife Debbie Rowe will have visitation rights.
Jackson's mother Katherine Jackson, who is 79, was granted temporary custody of Michael Jackson's three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and Prince Michael II, who is seven and whose biological mother is unknown.
Also, Michael Jackson's autopsy and toxicology results have been delayed, though the Los Angeles County Coroner's office has not given a reason.
The results of Jackson's autopsy were due today, but investigators said they will have to push it back to sometime next week.
Although Michael Jackson's doctor Conrad Murray's house and records were being searched again yesterday, police have not labelled him a suspect. A law enforcement official said they are working under the theory that the anesthetic Propofol caused Jackson's heart to stop.
Numerous other doctors were being investigated as it is revealed that Michael Jackson may have used more than two dozen aliases in his search for drugs.
Coroner's officials had said they were going to release the results this week, but assistant chief coroner Ed Winter said yesterday the announcement will probably not come until next week. He did not discuss reasons for the delay.

I knew that Katie would get mj's kids but I know that there was some form of cash payoff for Debbie Rowe and we all know that. Hopefully there will be no more controversy with custody.
