We don't know when this happened, but Kathy Griffin can't seem to keep her clothes on. Last year, Kathy Griffin topless photos popped up online, then last night she stripped on the Letterman show.

During the January 20, 2012 edition of the Late Show with David Letterman, Kathy Griffin did something of a striptease, taking off her black dress and wearing nothing but a bra.

The Kathy Griffin striptease on Letterman came after she talked about her annual New Year's Eve gig on CNN.

"I didn't want to get fired. So this year I thought, 'What can I do to not get canned?' I thought it would be appropriate in Times Square to create a moment, so I took my clothes off. I didn't tell anyone, I didn't tell Anderson."

They then showed a clip of a semi-nude Griffin on New Year's Eve.

Griffin said she was willing to do it again for Letterman's show. With a little help from the host, Griffin stripped down.

"I didn't wear underwear because I didn't want a pantyline," Griffin said.
