Kendra Exposed? But Did Kendra Wilkinson Shop Own Sex Tape?
Kendra Exposed, Kendra Wilkinson's Sex Tape Could Be Released Soon, But Did She Shop Around Her Own Sex Tape Over a Year Ago?
Kendra Wilkinson is appearing on the cover of OK Magazine this week talking about how devastated she is that someone is trying to release a sex tape of her, and she says she is concerned how this will affect her life as a new wife and mom and her reputation.
However, despite the fact that there is even some debate that the sex tape is fake anyway, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline, Kendra tried to shop around a sex tape a year and a half ago, and the real issue now is the fact that someone else is trying to release it instead.
These documents state Kendra wanted to form her own company after selling the tape, and then she would be able control how and where the tapes were sold. If she was trying to release the tapes a year and a half ago, she was already dating Hank Baskett, so she did not seem to be so devastated about it then.
However, in her current legal battle:
Her current lawyer Yael E. Holtkamp fired off a cease and desist letter to Vivid Entertainment in hopes of stopping the release of the tapes. "The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure," the letter said. "Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson's constitutional and common law rights of privacy."
Vivid Entertainment have responded that they do plan to release the tape called Kendra Exposed by the end of May at the latest.
“We know that Kendra has millions of fans and we feel that it's rare to find well-produced, hardcore footage of a star of her magnitude,” Steve Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of the company, said.
