Kent Police: Can't come out, we're at the Fireworks

On Guy Fawkes Night, a man I spoke to said he called the Kent police out but they said they were 'too busy at the fireworks'.

This does not make Kent feel safe on Fireworks Night.  Whey can't they put on more Specials?
