Kim Zolciak May be Three Months Pregnant, But She Appears to Still Be Smoking

These photos were taken by TMZ staff on November 7 while taking a break from watching an NFL game.

Kim is known for being a smoker and smokes regularly out in public and on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and while we are no doctors, it appears she should not be smoking while she is pregnant.

Two weeks after those photos were taken, Kim and Kroy Biermann announced they were expected a child.

According to TMZ, Kim knew she was pregnant when these photos were taken, as when she revealed the news that she was pregnant she said that she denied the rumors in October because she was only in her first trimester and you never know what could happen.

Smoking in pregnancy results in serious risks for both the woman and the fetus. Cigarette smoking by pregnant girls and women has been shown to increase risks of complications in pregnancy and to cause serious adverse fetal outcomes including low birth weight, still births, spontaneous abortions, decreased fetal growth, premature births, placental abruption, and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Other reproduction related effects of smoking include lower estrogen levels leading to early menopause and links to infertility.

Kim has not commented on the photos.

Whoever told this POS that she can sing, should be shot! She is the most disgusting female I've ever seen on reality television - next to Danielle Staub that is. **shudders**
