Kirstie Alley and Star Jones v. Conan O'Brien on Twitter

Kirstie Alley and Star Jones took to Twitter to attack Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien over some fat jokes the former Saturday Night Live writer directed at the self-proclaimed Fat Actress. Alley and Jones spit some insults, in 140 characters or less, on the micro-blogging platform directed at O'Brien and his, um, privates.

Yeah, they went there.

But Conan isn't one to give up on potential monologue material as he came back with, what I would consider the winning comeback on Wednesday's Tonight Show, saying, "My penis is not on the Weight Watchers diet - I looked it up, she can have a shake, one slice of wheat bread and then a sensible penis."

Ding! Ding! Ding! Pardon the onomatopoeia but I think we have a winner. Alley and Jones should consider themselves lucky though, their little Twitter gab fest has gotten them more publicity than they have seen in a long while.

What do you think? Was Conan out of line or is Alley just a publicity starved hypocrite? Keep in mind, she did create and star in a show based on her life titled Fat Actress...
