Kristen Stewart & Garrett Hedlund Team Up for Jalouse Photo Shoot
With their new movie "On The Road" set to debut at the Cannes Film Festival next month, Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund teamed up for the cover of the May 2012 issue of Jalouse magazine.
The "Twilight" actress rocked a cotton vest from Paul & Joe with a Cartier bracelet as she and her handsome castmate struck a range of poses for the Alexei Hay shot spread.
On their roles in 'On The Road':
"We felt great love for our characters, and we wanted people to love them as much as we did."
On shooting scenes for 'On The Road':
"We knew so many little details about the characters, their lives, that we had aid in playing the difficult scenes. They were with us."
Kristen on LuAnne Henderson:
"I could listen to hours of recordings as LuAnne Henderson speaks of this period, her voice lights up as she recounts how she danced."
Kristen on shooting 'On The Road' in between 'The Twilight Saga':
"It was hard, I felt [as if] I was back at school."
Garrett on his character in 'On The Road':
"I wish I could be as excited as these guys were. I would love to be like this every day."
Fully embracing her fashionista status, Kristen Stewart will also be featured in and on ELLE UK’s June 2012 issue.
The “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” actress pulls off a fabulous 1960s-inspired look including a Jil Sander getup, swept-back hairdo and an overall retro vibe.
Back in July 2010, Kristen made her first appearance on the Elle cover, and it’s impressive to see how far she’s come since then.
The new issue hits newsstands May 2nd, just as K-Stew gears up for the release of her new film “Snow White and the Huntsman.”
Speaking of the new film, co-stars actresses Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron joined up at Caesars Palace last night (April 26) where they represented their new flick at Cinema Con 2012.
The "Twilight" starlet and her Oscar-winning cast mate were accompanied by director Rupert Sanders while plugging "Snow White and the Huntsman" at the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners. Additionally, Miss Theron took home the Distinguished Decade in Film trophy from the event.
Kristen and Charlize's film is a new take on the classic fairy tale, finding the Huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) be ordered to take Snow White (Stewart) into the woods to be killed - though he winds up becoming her protector and mentor in a quest to vanquish the Evil Queen (Theron)."
Hoping to prod ticket sales come the movie's June 1st release date, producer Joe Roth told the CinemaCon crowd that he just saw the finished film last Saturday, slyly stating, “I can’t imagine anyone over the age of ten who won’t love it."
