Kristen Stewart set to star in "Snow White and the Huntsman"
Good news Kristen Stewart fans, it is being reported that the actress is in final negotiations to play the title role in "Snow White and the Huntsman."
According to reports, the "Twilight" babe is working out some kinks before making the official announcement.
Last month, it was rumored that Selena Gomez was also being considered for the part, but Gossip Cop is confident that Stewart is the only in the running for the role.
Charlize Theron and Viggo Mortensen are also set to star in the film.
Seeing that they have such an amazing on-screen connection, it comes as no surprise that it was love at first sight for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
Of the couple, "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke told Newsweek, "She [Kristen] felt connected to him [Robert] from the first moment. That electricity, or love at first sight, or whatever it is."
Continuing to dish the juicy details, Hardwicke admitted to having to lay down the law to Rob after making the decision to hire both he and Miss Stewart.
Catherine recalled, "You've got to realize that Kristen is 17 years old," she told the actor, who is four years older than his costar. "She's underage. You've got to focus, dude, or you're going to be arrested. I made him swear on a stack of Bibles."
He's been hard at work up in Vancouver, Canada, and on Thursday (March 3) Robert Pattinson called in to "On Air with Ryan Seacrest."
The "Twilight" stud chatted with the "American Idol" host about his current film "Breaking Dawn" as well as his soon-to-be-released "Water For Elephants."
One topic of conversation was the fact that Robert's character in "Elephants" is named Jacob- the name of his nemesis in the "Twilight Saga" franchise.
The "Remember Me" stud explained, "It is quite funny. As soon as I read it that was one of my main concerns."
