Popular Serbian Singer Ksenija Pajcin and Her Boyfriend Filip Kapisoda Have Been Found Dead in Possible Murder / Suicide

Both Pajcin and Kapisoda, a model, were found dead in their Belgrade apartment at 12 Niksicka Street at around 7pm on Tuesday. Neighbours told BalkanInsight that they heard two shots coming from the apartment at around 4:30pm.

Milorad Vejiovic, a Serbian police official said it looks like it was a murder / suicide. B92 reported that Kapisoda killed Pajcin first then himself, as the gun was found beside his body and he had one wound in his temple.

"According to what can be assumed for now, it was probably a murder-suicide, but the final word will be given after the autopsy,"

Pajcin's mother found the two bodies.

After news of their deaths spread, people came to the apartment to pay their respects to the popular singer and model.

The apartment was known to police already as on a previous occasion Kapisoda had broken down the door in a domestic dispute and the police had to be called.

Ksenija Pajcin previously dated Zvezdan Slavnic, the son of famous basketball player Zoran Moka Slavnic, and he was arrested in 2008 under suspicion of organizing a heroin and cocaine smuggling ring from Belgrade to Serbia.

She started her career dancing, but gained national fame when she was a singer in the band Duck, whose most popular single was called Daco, volim te (Daco, I Love You). She also owns a dance studio in Belgrade.

The police investigation in this case is still ongoing and no more details have been released at this time.
