Great news!
It's been announced by the National Parks Service & the Secretary of the Interior that the Statue of Liberty's crown will reopen on Independence Day. Alas they'll have a lottery for this and they weren't exactly clear as to whether it'll be for just that day? or Permanently or what?
'and sooooo, I just thought to put up an unposted shot I'd taken last September.
