A scene from Sacha Baron Cohen's upcoming film Brüno featuring LaToya Jackson has been cut from the film before its U.S. Premiere in response to the untimely death of her brother Michael Jackson.

A scene featuring Michael Jackson's sister LaToya has been pulled at the last minute from Sacha Baron’s Cohen’s new comedy Bruno before it premieres in the US.

The film debuted in LA last night and was set to feature an accidental cameo from LaToya where she was interviewed by Bruno and a reference to Michael was made.

However, Access Hollywood reports that a source at Universal, the studio behind the film, said the scene had been cut out of respect for the family.

The scene may also be permanently deleted before the movie goes on general release in the US on July 10.

Brüno is set to be released July 10, 2009 in the U.S.
