"Learn English; We Can't Understand You".

I know that when I visited London last year, I had a lot of trouble at restaurants (pubs even) and hotels in being able to understand what staff were saying and them understanding what I was saying.

I guess with the easy movement of people brought about by the EC, this situation needs to be addressed.
