Lil Wayne is all set to start his jail sentence February 9th 2010, although no word yet on where he will serve his sentence.

Lil Wayne will serve one year in jail for weapons charges. When he appeared in court his morning he didn't say anything to anyone outside or in the court.

His jail term will start just one week after he new album Rebirth is released in stores.
