Lindsay Lohan Reveals Half-Sibling in Christmas Eve MySpace Post

Lindsay Lohan posted a message to her MySpace page on December 24, Christmas Eve, confirming the existence of an unnamed half-sibling who the star refers to as "it." In the MySpace post Lindsay Lohan accuses her father of infidelity and asserts that it "really sucks" that he cheated on her mother and fathered a child.

i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now.. my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! wow- do i sound like "debbie downer" or what? not trying to be...

Lohan's father has vehemently denied the claims and fought back with an accusation of his own... he suggests that Lindsay's gal-pal Samantha Ronson posted the scandalous comments in retaliation for his public lack of support for her lesbian relationship with his famous daughter.

In an e-mail to PEOPLE, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, strongly denies his daughter's claim, and said in a separate conversation he believes there is a "99 percent chance" Lohan's MySpace message was actually written by her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay's Dad may be right about his daughter being in a bad place and not thinking clearly... in the same rambling "Random Thoughts" post Lohan (or Ronson posing as Lohan) also praises Britney Spears!

i feel like Britney Spears is an amazing talent, and she has gone through a lot, (just as i have) in the public eye.. which is not necessarily a bad thing.. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments. also that you need to take care of yourself before anyone else, and i mean anyone and everyone else. because at the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and see who you really are. stripped of all the distractions in life. so YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams.
