India skipper MS Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat first against England in the third Test at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

India have dropped Harbhajan Singh and brought in pacer Ishant Sharma in their playing XI.

England have also made a couple of changes. Ian Bell and Steven Finn replace Jonny Bairstow and Stuart Broad.

The four-match Test series is levelled 1-1.
