Local stars mourn King of Pop's death

MILLIONS of people around the globe have been inspired by the music of the King of Pop Michael Jackson.
With his unexpected death Thursday, several local celebrities mourned with Michael's fans expressing sympathy to their legendary idol.
Mr. Pure Energy” Gary Valenciano, who has been popular imitating Michael's signature dance moves, said that part of him died as his "idol" passed away.
Gary, who is currently in China, said in a text message that Michael's music and dance moves will continue to inspire him until his last breath.
Cebuana crooner Raki Vega meanwhile said she was thankful to be given a chance to revive a Michael Jackson's song, “through Tito Boy Abunda's album "Love Life" with the song ‘Childhood.’"
