M25 at a standhill once again - another serious accident

I have spoken to some people caught up in the jams. They have spent 5 hours on the M25, and have decided to cut short their trip and stay at a nearby hotel."

"A SERIOUS accident involving a lorry and a van on the M25 near St Albans is causing severe delays for motorists.

There are currently long delays on the motorway between junctions 23 (A1(M)/A1081 St Albans Road South Mimms) and junction 25 (Enfield). It is believed the crash happened just after 3.50pm today.

A spokesman for the Met Police said two people have been taken to hospital, one by land and one by air ambulance"
