Sheryl Weinstein, a woman who claims to be the mistress of convicted fraudster Bernie Madoff, has written a tell all book to be released August 25. Madoff’s Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me, dishes all the sordid details of an affair that allegedly happened 21 years ago.

According to Sheryl Weinstein she met Bernie Madoff when she was the chief financial officer of the Hadassah (the Women’s Zionist Organization of America). She calls the day they met the "unluckiest" of her life, that cost her her life savings when his Ponzi Scheme was exposed, and her husband and family when the affair occured.

All the sordid details of the affair between Bernie Madoff and his mistress Sheryl Weinstein will be revealed August 25, 2009 when Madoff’s Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me, hits store shelves.

Sheryl Weinstein, 60, has denounced Madoff publicly at least four times this year, including at the June 29 court hearing where he was sentenced to 150 years in federal prison for masterminding the largest Ponzi scheme in history. Weinstein told the judge she met Madoff 21 years ago when she was chief financial officer at Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America Inc.

“I now view that day as perhaps the unluckiest day of my life because of the many events set into motion that would eventually have the most profound and devastating effect on me, my husband, my child, my parents, my in-laws and all of those who depended on us,” Weinstein said at the New York hearing.

Poor man, he is a brillant man, a hard working american.  He is injail paying for his wrongs to hardworking americans.  I can believe that people wants a piece of his furtune, everyone wants money......... Rich people gets away from lots of things because the power of their money.  Now that the man is in jail paying for his mistakes, greedy people come to the surface.....asking for money. Revence belongs to the Lord!....

Ms. Sheryl Weinstein repent from your sins, and turn to God! Leave the poor man alone, instead pray for him, and go to visit him in jail.

It is the Down Fall Of The Great Modern Roman Empire ... if we, for and by the people fail to remove all corrupted individuals like Madoff ... starting with our elected officials.

To paraphrase a recent commercial, "Is anybody buying this?"  What on earth would make this woman or her publisher think that anyone cares???  She's a cheat just like Bernie and clearly got what she deserves, just like Bernie.  So, don't help her financially by buying her sad and sordid tale of woe. Does anyone really want to read about Bernie in the sack years ago with this old harlot?

well, like a  lot of things, i'd kinda like to see the book first.  prejudging based on association is not something i would do right off the top.

well, like a lot of things, i'd kinda like to see the book first, or at least read of the outtakes.  prejudging based on association is not something i would do right off the top, and i don't have any particular rage for this person.  as long as she is not profiting from her own crimes for which she's being prosecuted, she can write all the books she wants, assuming some publisher will advance publishing costs.  she sounds more like a pathetic quasi-victim, kveching in public. (that's yiddish; not sure of the spelling.)
