After rumours talking about Madonna choosing Barcelona or Sevilla instead of Madrid, at the end the Blond Ambition has pointed Madrid as the place for her second perform in Spain as part of her World Tour.

First were Paris and Lisbon, and then the city of Valencia in Spain, and fans were all excited willing for another visit to Madrid after so many years waiting for nothing. In the case of Valencia there has been some trouble because the Government of the region has paid part of the 225.000 euros needed to receive the concert with public money. This fact has prompted a reaction from left wing parties in Valencia as they can not understand how public money can be spent in a private event.

Besides controversy, the date chosen for Madrid is September 16th, and even though there is no location officially selected, some websites have started selling tickets for the concert at Vicente Calderón stadium in Madrid. It is not a coincidence, because the last performance of Madonna in Spain took place right in that arena. Now the prices will be a lot higher than 20 years ago, ranging between 70 and 250 euros, and this will not vary for sure if the stadium is one or the other.
