Subway lines in Tokyo is a maze.  I have 2 troubles in Hanzomon line this week which actually were effected by Tokyu Denen-Toshi Line's troulble. Trains have been busy for years and got to be "connected" each other for the business competition among tailway company and real-estated developers. As the result ,  a small trouble can give big impact to the schedule like a "butterfly effect".

We need the better wisdome to avoid rash hours for our mental health.

Ready for you happy christmas!

"Echika" is a small shopping mall at the Tokyo Metoro Omotesando Station where the 3 lines comes across: Ginza line , Hanzomon line and Chiyoda line.
