"I came to help" Chairman Mao Zedong (Tse-Tung)

He's cool.. he's cute .. he's groovy.. he likes to hang out in a box.. like it or not Mao is back!

The reality of life in having Mao Zedong as a friend and ally is not actually bad.  Mao is really a good guy considering 'The Great Leap Forward' and 'the Cultural Revolution'.

As a small group of US Marines arrived in Thailand to make an assessment of the situation, 115 Marine Officers from a special chinese contingent had already been to Thailand back in October 2010 to join a military drill operation code-named "Blue Strike 2010".

It was the first time that Chinese Marines went abroad to partake in military exercises with a foreign force.

Now upon request from the thai government, China has sent a chinese flood prevention and control expert team to the Emergency Relief command Center in Bangkok. The chinese expert team is led by none other than Liu Ning , the Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Water Resources and Secretary-General of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.

The US Navy's aircraft carrier USS George Washington and other ships were deployed to flood-hit Thailand but withdraw from the relief efforts after receiving ''mixed'' messages from the Bangkok government. As far as the Thai government is concerned they would prefer to have the People's Republic of China's experts who have built the world's greatest dams rather than the "…USeless Marines".

Some wonder if former Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush Sr. will come running back to Thailand like they did after the 2004 tsunami but the USA has enough problems of it's own, besides Mao is already here to stay and save the day.

The thai sympathy routine seems played out compared to the entire world's situation. Thailand with it's tsunami, droughts, monsoons, earthquakes, civil unrest, coup e'tat, floods, or aids, never seems to get a break, but things are going to evolve for the better now that Chairman Mao of the People's Republic of China has arrived to help, after all the Nu-Prime Minister of Thailand, Yingluck Shinawatra, is ethnic chinese.

As Thailand becomes "Chinaland" like Tibet, Cambodia, and Laos etc.. China provided flood relief goods worth more than 10 million yuans to Thailand. That's about $1.6 million for people who live on the Jersey Shore and another one million in cash aid which is enough to buy a pork sandwich for at least 650,000 people for a day.

China's Tsingtao Beer Company also announced last monday that it was going to open up it's first overseas plant in Bangkok by 2013. The Tingstao Beer Company has plenty of water in Thailand to produce lots of beer and perhaps beat out Thailand's own top beer brand 'Singha Beer'.

The "Beijing Model" in developing and lifting people out of poverty seems to work even though it's destroyed environments.. China though continues to strive to achieve more in human development through it's emphasis on the quality of growth for it's new capitalist class recruited from former communist party members of government.

In 2011 China even held the Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum.

Stocks on the chinese mainland continue to rise and Lei Sheng of China recently won Gold against the French at the World Fencing Championship in Catania Italy.

China even continues to participate in other nation's infrastructure such as Indonesia were power plants, bridges, communication systems etc are being built while clearing entire plots of jungle and forest for raw natural resources with disregard for endangered species and pretty flowers one can wear in their hair.

Even the chinese from the Wolong National Reserve and Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Sichuan province are sending over two pandas to Japan's Quake Zone to cheer up the children of the tsunami affected area despite concern about radiation leaking from the nearby damaged nuclear plant unlike Theodore Jr. and Kermit Roosevelt, sons of U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt who killed a female panda in Yuexi, Sichuan after they became aroused by panda fur.

While the US Senators of Rome, with their ailing economy and their never ending attacks on China's exchange rate pass the 'Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act of 2011' to pressure China who could care less.., mass protests on Wall Street continue backed up by China's Nu-Cultural Revolution on foreign soil.

China knows that appreciation of the yuan will not solve the US's huge trade deficit or high unemployment. It will only have negative effects upon the global economy by spreading US political problems of social unrest to others.

The chinese have proven that although the US continues to challenge Beijing by selling useless military arms to China's island of Formosa (Taiwan) and other pathetic political disputes like Tibet and it's goat, the Dalai Lama, that US efforts are doomed to fail because the days of the superpowers are over. Today things must be done with cooperation.

Learn chinese, study chinese culture, and history like the Thai's are doing right now, but don't forget to especially read Chairman Mao's 'Little Red Book'. After all it was Chairman Mao who believed that only Che Guevara got it right and Einstein was wrong..
