Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Set To Renew Wedding Vows

After four years of marriage, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are set to celebrate their anniversary by renewing their wedding vows in Paris this week.

With the Eiffel Tower in the background, the couple will exchange vows for the second time on Friday evening (April 27) and have even agreed to meet with the media afterwards at La Maison Blanche hotel.

After dating for only a month, the "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time" singer and "America's Got Talent" host tied the knot at a private resort in the Bahamas on April 30th, 2008 and have since had twins together, Moroccan and Monroe.

With the twins also turning one on their wedding anniversary, Mariah revealed the Cannon-Carey family will be celebrating big time, tweeting, "we have put together some very festive plans: ) LYM! Can't wait to see you soon in Paris and Ischgl.. x0x0 MC".

As the exciting weekend quickly approaches, Nick has even more the reason to be excited after tweeting on Wednesday, "Tonight I’m honored to receive a Champion for Kids award from @CommonSenseNews for my advocacy efforts!"

Even though it's a big weekend for the couple, they seem to be taking their careers more slowly after the scary encounter earlier this year when Nick experienced kidney failure.

"We're taking a break," he told People magazine last week. "It's going to be exciting. We're doing something special and something unique."
