I DESPISE Martin Bashir for the way he twisted the interview and CAUSED the following years of TORMENT for Michael Jackson. Martin Bashir should be made to ALWAYS REMEMBER that HE WAS RESPONSIBLE for the horrible circus Michael would face for the rest of his life. If you watch the original documentary, you will see the insinuations. Gavin Arvizo HAD TO CLAIM SEXUAL IMPROPRIETY, otherwise he would always have been taunted by other kids for his "sexual" relationship with Michael Jackson (which was clearly NOT TRUE if you watch the original documentary). If YOU were Gavin Arvizo, the documentary would have put YOU in such a bad light, YOU would have sued MJ, too!

BASHIR IS THE ONE HUMAN BEING TO BLAME for Michael's problems, and he should be forced to ALWAYS REMEMBER IT, thanks to that HORRIFIC yellow-journalism "documentary" he was responsible for.

Martin bashir caused so much pain and stress to michaels life that that alone could have killed him, it was becuase of him that michael was charged with child molestation, and i hope he understands now how much he hurt michael.bun in hell.

first of all, i am a chinese. i have seen lots of  MJ's videos including his interviews in China, I think he was a great man,  and he deservers the repect from the whole world, cus he was caring, considerating, good-mannered. He was too kind. He should not have believed such a mean journalist like Matin Bashier who totally took advantage of a kind and loving guy and desperately twisted the truth to build up his so called reporter fame. Matin is far from qualified of being a journalist, and he is a devil. Remeber he made an interview to Dianna, then his fame was bulit up and the beloved Dianna died. A decade later, he stretched his evil camera to Michael, and Michael's life was ruin from then on. I have seen the Mj interview video made and aired by Martin, and to tell the truth, all I felt when I was watching it was that although Matin was assuming the air of hero to revealing the truth, yet I can totally feeling he was lying and what he was saying and commenting in the video was completely contradictary naturally to the pictures he himself offered us in it. Shame on Martin, and shame on ABC. They hunted for dirty money, desperately, at the cost of good people's suffering. They did such totally mean things, so they should pay for it . They will wait their doom. Life will teach them, justice will tear them up.

People shouldn't watch the channel he's working until he's fired. I urge you to write letters to the station he works at and ask the directors to have him fired. Boycott all the programs of the station until this man , who is an offense to every ethical journalist in the world, is properly fired.

All I can say is thank goodness for the Internet (Internet= destroyer of traditional media and for good reason). Bashir is a true disgrace to journalism (and  to human beings everywhere) and so is ABC for lending its name to this farce. Network TV is dead anyway, with quality journalism of this sort, you begin to wonder why that could be. Since when do I want to hear the opinion of some piece of shit reporter, give me the facts, I'll make my mind up on  what I find to be to closer to the truth.

When I watched Bashir´s documentary years ago I became convinced that MJ was a freak and probably a pedofile. I stopped listening to his music and simply forgot that he was alive. Now that he is dead I can´t stop playing his incredible music. I have also searched around and realized what a scumbag Bashir is. He makes journalism look like the lowest of professions. Troughout the documentary he questions MJ about everything (why do you clim trees? why do you like Vegas? why do you buy this? why do your kids are not with mom? why do you like peter pan?... in brief... why aren´t you normal, like me??) But he never listened to what MJ was trying to explain. He never gave him a chance. He knew what he wanted and presented it so he will all hate MJ. Bashir just wanted to make big lines and big money and did not care ruining the life of an incredible man with incredible talents. He is like Salieri in Amadeus; the King of Mediocrity killed the King of Pop. I hate Bashir for the way he manipulated me.

Mr. Bashir is a manipulating, soul crunching, despicable human being to take the trust and faith of Michael Jackson, add his own personal judgments, and broadcast it for the world.  I truly believe that deception and the subsequent trial harmed Michael Jackson in such a way, his loving heart never recovered. I hope Martin Bashir never knows a moment's peace the rest of his life.  May he only know the pain he caused Michael Jackson, the most gifted entertainer of all time, who never, ever harmed a soul. 

Even if I were not a Michael Jackson fan Martin Bashir is a hypocrite, and one of the worst reporters ever. He is such a two-faced disrespectful individual it's amazing he still has a job. Every word that came out of his mouth in front of Michael was full of praise, yet he goes off and releases a documentary full of skepticism and lies. I believe the make-up artist even had this conversation with him...and I believe Martin thought it was "disgusting" how people were trying to portray Michael as a "freak", and yet he goes off and does the very same thing. That is not honest reporting, and it is not the future I want for up and coming reporters. It's a shame he is even still working.
