Matt Keogh, the former Oakland A's pitcher who appears in The Real Housewives of Orange County, was pulled over after running a stop sign. According to his blood test, Matt Keogh was three times over the legal limit (.24%).

This is not Matt Keough's first offense: last year, Matt Keough spent six months in jail for violating his probation from a 2005 DUI.
