Rumors are Circulating that Matt Lauer's Marriage to Annette Roque is Over Because He Had an Affair. Was Matt Lauer Cheating?

The National Enquirer is reporting that they have exclusive story about Today Show host Matt Lauer. They are claiming that Matt Lauer had an affair and as a result his six-year marriage to model Annette Roque is over. Apparently Matt Lauer has even been kicked out of the house as he has been looking for an apartment in New York City.

"I heard he and Annette are breaking up," confirmed Lauer's ex-wife Nancy Alspaugh. "I was not shocked to hear that. But it's very sad."

The couple have three children together, Jack, 8, Romy, 6 and Thijs, 2.

If this story is true, this is not the first time that the couple would have filed for divorce. Matt Lauer and Annette Roque filed for divorce back in 2006, but they managed to reconcile their differences and got back together.

The story does not reveal who Matt Lauer is suspected of sleeping with or even if the woman or women are known. With the latest stories of Tiger Woods and Jesse James sleeping with multiple women, it would not be too surprising if this story is true, that it turns out to involve more than one woman.

According to the Enquirer, Annette Roque is said to be 'heartbroken' by the news as their marriage has already been 'dogged by Matt Lauer's womanizing'.
