Mel Gibson Seeks Restraining Order For Oksana Grigorieva
Oscar Winning director and star Mel Gibson has filed for a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva Radar Online is reporting.

The story says Gibson request for a restraining order was filed at Los Angeles superior court on Thursday.

The plaintiff is listed as Mel Gibson and the defendant is Oksana Grigorieva.

Grigorieva was served the documents at her home in Sherman Oaks around 5pm Wednesday, RadarOnline.com confirmed.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have a 7 month old daughter together, Lucia. Gibson, 54 and Grigorieva, 40 were together for a year before their split in April 2010.

The dispute between Gibson and Grigorieva reportedly centers around visitation rights with their daughter Lucia.

Prior to dating Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva had a son Alexander with actor Timothy Dalton.

Mel Gibson is divorced. He was married to Robyn Gibson for 30 years. The couple had 7 children together.
