Miami was one of my stops on my around the world trip. I took this photo just after sunrise which provided good lighting and long shadows. I found the colours and patterns of the life guard stations very interesting,but this was my favorite. So American!

I think the beaches on the North Shore of Hawaii are much better than Miami beach!
