Michael J. Fox was first inducted into the Canadian Walk of Fame in 2000, but he finally walked down the red carpet to accept the honour earlier today.

Fox was one of many Canadians honoured for their work in television and film this year, including James Cameron, Bryan Adams and the Kids in the Hall.

Although Michael J. Fox was originally inducted onto Canada's Walk of Fame in 2000, he finally strolled down the red carpet yesterday to personally accept the honour.

Fox unveiled his star at the red carpet gala outside the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts flanked by Mounties and with his mother standing over him.

"My kids," Fox said when asked what inspires a man who has inspired so many others. "I just wake up every day and I'm curious and happy to still be moving and breathing."

Bryan Adams still has it! He's a great performer and was a pleasure to work with at The Grand in Wilmington, DE.
