But earlier in the day, only 2 hours after the reports of Michael Jackson's cardiac arrest, Perez Hilton had posted that he thought MJ was just trying to get out of his upcoming shows at the O2 arena in London.
Titled 'Heart Attack or Cold Feet' the post claimed Michael Jackson had "pulled a similar stunt" in reference to his missing and canceling other shows over the past two years.
Here is a transcript of the original post:
"We knew something like this would happen!
Michael Jackson was taken by ambulance from his Holmby Hills home to a nearby Los Angeles Hospital on Thursday afternoon!!
Supposedly, the singer went into cardiac arrest and the paramedics has to administer CPR!!!
His mother is even on the way to visit him!!!
We are dubious!!
Jacko pulled a similar stunt when he was getting ready for his big HBO special in '95 when he "collapsed" at rehearsal!
He was draggin his heels on that just like his upcoming 50 date London residency at the O2 Arena, of which he already postponed the first few dates!!!
Either he's lying or making himself sick, but we're curious to see if he's able to go on!!!!

As soon as Michael Jackson passed away, Perez posted new post saying:
Such a sad loss, especially for his three young children.
He also edited the old post to remove the statement, even going as far as removing comments from users on the site who were backlashing against him for his insensitivity.
Hilton has managed to remove most of the evidence of this first post... but he didn't change the picture before I got a screenshot.
ImJustMe says – reply to thisNOW you say it's a sad loss, Perez?? Your first post was disgusting, accusing him of faking and telling everyone to get their ticket money back. That was quickly deleted, but not before many people read it and saved it to repost. No worries, your post will be talked about much longer than your silly catfight will be.

Prez is a waste of space. I feel that he has gone to far too many times recently the dustin lance black situation was another. I'm all for freedom of speach but I personally will be boycotting his site. I hope he looses the black eyed peas lawsuit.

Prez Hilton is a hypocrite. When violence is thrust towards him, he shouts out to God to help him and speaks publicly how anger is never the answer (which I agree). However, when someone with a good soul comes out and actually does something for this planet (save the music industry after the depression/disco era with Thriller and cutting the bounderies in music and race) Mr. Hilton has to insult and be harsh, thus not learning anything about his lessons with his black eye from the pea's band. It is a sin for constant slander and being abusive towards your fellow human,and he has kept being rude, verbally and visually abusive with his cartoon comments. Talking behind someone's back, let alone writing hate while someone is on their death bed, is almost as bad as the kids who lied about MJ sexually abusing them.
