It's a bit sad to watch Michael Jackson labor through dance routines in his 'This Is It' rehearsals.  While the obvious reason is that he was 50 years old, it's still hard to accept that a legend like Michael Jackson would ever be as stiff as he was in these rehearsal footages.

What makes these videos so invaluable is that they give us the only glimpse of what Michael Jackson was like right before he passed away.
