Michael Jackson's Mom Gets His 3 Kids Under Her Care For Now

This morning,Michael Jackson's mother,Katherine Jackson,gained temporary guardianship of his three children.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff of the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled granting her the temporary custody, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The judge has set hearing for the child custody case on July 6 at 8.30 a.m.

Katherine Jackson filed documents for guardship of the late pop singer's three children - Prince Michael Jr.,12,Paris Michael Katherine,11 and Prince Michael II, seven, who are being looked after by her and her husband,Joe Jackson.

It may mark the beginning of legal battle for custody of the kids and control of Michael's estate.,Michael,second wife,Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two older kids,may also seek custody.

Though she had waived her parental rights,she had changed her mind and had earlier won an appeal court judgement in her favour, ruling she was the legal mother of the two kids.

Subsequently, she settled out of court with Michael Jackson for an undisclosed sum.

The youngest boy,Prince Michael II, was conceived by a surrogate mother,reported to be from Europe.

Joe doesn't strike me as the fatherly type...

Why Michael would allow his children into the same environment that seems to have screwed him up is beyond me....

At least the Child Molester (Michael Jackson) can't molest his own kids.

Personally, I thought he was wierd and strange, the kids need a better role model than the child molester dad.

It's still early days to know who would finally raise Michael's three kids.Perhaps,he would have left a will to state their legal guardians and executor of his estate.

Let's hope he was smart enough to have done that most important document.

How does this guy could have had children around him at all is beyond belief. He could have used his own sperm to have a kid with debbie but chose not to, Why? I will tell you why, because he wants to jack off to them, I'm sure he has ways of checking them out naked in the bathtub and while they were babies he surely jerked off on them and sucked on them.
