Microsoft has pulled MS Office from its online store, leaving only the "Office Ultimate" version, which retails for $680. So, the two people on the planet willing to pay six hundred eighty bucks for Microsoft Office will be unaffected.

Oh, wait, you can also still buy the Business and Professional editions. You lucky ducky. This move comes ahead of the looming deadline in the Microsoft/i4i copyright case over customized xml. No word on if The Pirate Bay and Demonoid will have to remove their versions of Microsoft Office, but I don't think they really care too much about Microsoft's legal woes.
