A recent public appearance by Miley Cyrus has many people thinking she might have gotten plastic surgery. Radar Online writes that her appearance at CNN's Heroes 2011 Awards suggests that she may have gotten breast implants.

During her appearance on December 11, 2011, Cyrus wore a low-cut dress that showed some cleavage. Radar quotes a cosmetic physician who notes that ""her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done."

Two other "experts" noted that her appearance suggests that she underwent plastic surgery and had breast implants.
