Miley Cyrus got a pretty serious haircut, as well as a dye-job. Now she looks sort of like Claire Danes, no? Miley Cyrus had her locks chopped by celebrity hair stylist Chris McMillan (it's good work if you can get it).

US Weekly says that Miley Cyrus looks like Rachel from Friends, but we're going with Claire Danes.
