Miley Cyrus Stalker Mark McLeod Arrested For Third Time

Mark McLeod, 53, has been charged with stalking 16-year-old Miley Cyrus. McLeod is being held in custody, according to sky news. This is the third time McLeod has been arrested for stalking.

The young singer's security guard told an investigator that McLeod planned to return to the film for The Last Song set to 'finish things' off. Miley finished working on the film last week. McLeod was arrested for trying to cross the security barrier on the film set earlier in August. In June he was arrested for disorderly conduct and attempted stalking, sky news reports.

The obsessed fan was arrested in Georgia after behaving strangely in public and he told the police some very strange things about his relationship with Miley. He thinks she sends him secret messages through her Hannah Montana TV show and believes that the two of them are meant to be together
