One person was killed and another seriously injured when a tour bus belonging to Disney starlet Miley Cyrus overturned on Interstate 85 in rural Dinwiddie County, Virginia overnight. Good thing Miley Cyrus was not on board at the time of the crash.

The accident happened on Interstate 85 south near mile marker 56 in Dinwiddie County, south of Richmond, Virginia. There were 15 passengers on the bus when it careened out of control and flipped on its side Thursday night, according to Virginia State Police officials. Miley was reportedly on a bus that was part of a 4-vehicle caravan, which included the bus that overturned. The driver of the bus was killed on impact, but authorities are withholding that person’s name pending notification of their next of kin.

Police investigators say the roads were slick from heavy rainfall Thursday evening, but they’ve not yet determined the cause of the accident. According to Miley’s website, the singer/actress is scheduled to perform in Greensboro, N.C. on Sunday.
