Miranda Tozier-Robbins, Britney Spears' stalker, was issued with a temporary restraining order today after trespassing on the singer's property in April of this year.

She must now stay at least 100 yards away from Britney and her house in California.

The 26-year-old, onetime American Idol hopeful was originally due to be arraigned this morning on two misdemeanor charges, but the hearing was put off for one week after she showed up more than two hours late to the Malibu courthouse.

Miranda didn't even show up for her court date until 10:45am this morning for an 8:30am appointment, but she claimed she had to take a bus and got stuck in traffic.
She has to return to court next week, and judge Jay Ford III has waived the $5,000 bail if she returns to her court date next week on time.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was upset however, when Ford said he will decide for another week if she is to get back the secret footage she shot while on Spears' property.
