MJ Morning Show in Tampa - He should have felony changes filed!

The state fire marshal is upset with the M.J. Morning show out of the Tampa, FL area.  M.J. and his crew broadcast on Clear Channels 93.3.  In December 2009 they tried to fry a turkey in oil during a stunt at the studios parking lot.  The stunt was attempted inside a van, yes, an automobile.  Not the smartest type of stunt, but then again this is a DJ we are talking about.

The Tampa Fire Department says Hillsborough State Attorney Mark Ober is not working fast enough to file charges again M.J. and his crew and many might wonder if there might just be some "good old boys club" issues going on in this case.  This case is now over 6 months old and no charges have been filed.  Of course the office has no comment because this is an open case but many questions have been asked.

Be assured there will be more to come concerning this case; especially from Bubba the Love Sponge (BTLS) and his crew.  BTLS broadcast nationwide in the US and across Canada on Sirius Satellite Radio and on several Cox Radio stations in Florida.  There has been a long standing feud between M.J. and BTLS.  M.J. is currently suing Bubba for something Bubba said on the radio about M.J. and his wife.
