Just off the heels of a spectacular "Royal Rumble" pay-per-view, the WWE will more than likely be delivering one of its best "Monday Night Raw's" in quite some time with the return of the segment "Raw Roulette."

With The Rock now WWE champion and John Cena as the Rumble winner, it will be interesting to see how the title picture plays out until Wrestlemania XXIX.

In tonight's edition of "Raw," the roulette wheel will be spun in order to determine both the matches and situations for various WWE Superstars.  While the potential outcomes of the wrestlers may indeed turn out to be unideal, it will reduce the role that everyone's least favorite managing supervisor Vickie Guerrero will have.

While many fans felt that U.S. Champion Antonio Cesaro's days as the holder of the respective strap were over, he did end up retaining the belt against the likes of The Miz.  While keeping the crown on Cesaro wasn't a bad move since he's become one of the company's top heels, many of those who follow wrestling felt that the Awesome One was in line for a babyface push.

Nonetheless, the European grappler has been one of the WWE's best workers and has held the title since August, which means he isn't too far away from finding himself in the upper card.

While Cena's Royal Rumble win was surely noteworthy, the biggest event of the night was clearly The Rock's return to the squared circle to win WWE Heavyweight title from CM Punk, who held the championship for well over 400 days.

Punk looked to be walking away retaining after The Shield interfered and put The People's Champ through an announce table in the pitch black.  However, Vince McMahon came out and granted The Rock's request to restart the match, in which he went earn the victory, courtesy of The People's Elbow.
